I didn't really try to predict the results, personally. I wrote the survey attempting to provide every answer option that would be distinct and useful enough for us to learn something.

There were a few things that made me go "hmm" after looking at the results:

* KublaCon has almost "caught up" to DunDraCon in popularity (among GO players, at least).

* Sci-Fi games are more popular than lots of other genres, yet GO doesn't run very much Sci-Fi (yet!).

Actually, the rest is rather unsurprising, but still useful. For example, I now know that I can run a setting based on a popular book and it has as good a chance of attracting players as a setting based on a movie or TV show.

These are interesting results. I've already asked Sean, but I'm curious to know from the rest of the Good Omens crew, how do these results compare to what you thought you'd see?
